1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Embassy Motorsports ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Embassy Motorsports provides automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Collision repair and bodywork
• Auto detailing and paint correction
• Vehicle wrapping and window tinting
• Fleet maintenance services
• General automotive maintenance and repair

3. Appointments and Estimates

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee availability.

3.2 Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final costs may vary based on additional work discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

3.3 Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and insurance claims as payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.2 Insurance Claims

For insurance-covered repairs, we work directly with your insurance company. You are responsible for your deductible and any costs not covered by your insurance policy.

4.3 Late Payments

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to retain your vehicle until payment is received in full.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on all repair work performed, covering both parts and labor for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

5.2 Parts Warranty

Parts are warranted according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. We will assist with warranty claims for defective parts.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and required services
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage or conditions
• Pick up your vehicle within 5 business days of service completion
• Pay all charges in full and on time

7. Limitation of Liability

Embassy Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

8. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 5 business days after service completion may be subject to storage fees. After 30 days, unclaimed vehicles may be subject to lien procedures as permitted by law.

9. Towing Services

We provide free 24/7 towing for collision repair services within our service area. Towing services are subject to availability and may have distance limitations. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during towing by third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Embassy Motorsports and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
